FEBRUARY 2022 Virtual Retreat - "Called to Love" for engaged couples

The February 2022 Virtual Retreat is scheduled for February 12-13, 2022.

Content & purpose: The weekend retreat has a two fold purpose: a) to help the engaged couple deepen their relationship with God since they will need God's help to live out their marital covenant, and b) to strengthen the couple's commitment to one another in preparation for the celebration of the Sacrament of Marriage. The couple will meet these goals by reflecting on the readings, prayers and promises of the wedding ceremony which can help them understand the significance of the commitment that God is calling them to make.

Retreat times:  The February 2022 Virtual Retreat weekend schedule will be as follows: Saturday - 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; Sunday - 9 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. followed by a  pre-recorded  Mass online. 

COST: $100 per couple. 

Online Registration/Paying with Credit Card: Please complete the registration form below if you are paying with a Credit Card. Once you've completed the form and paid the fee, your registration is complete and you will receive a confirmation e-mail which will be sent to the woman's email address.

Paying with a Check/Mail In Registration:  If you wish to pay with a check, please  go to our website https://diobr.org/programs-for-engaged-couples  home page for a  downloadable 'Mail In' registration form and instructions/information. Then return the completed form along with a check for $100 to the mailing address listed. Once your payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation notice.

Handouts/booklets:  After your registration is received, we will mail the handouts you will need for the retreat to the woman's mailing address  about a week before the retreat begins. There will be a copy of exercises for each of you in the packet and a booklet. Very important: If your mailing address (or e-mail address) changes, please notify our office as soon as possible! The code to access the Zoom retreat you register for will be e-mailed along with any further instructions necessary to the woman's e-mail address a few days before the retreat.  

 Re: Certificate of completion: After you and your fiance'/fiancee' have completed  the retreat, the names you entered into the registration form will be used to create your certificate. When entering the woman's last name, the woman's 'maiden last name' is to be entered, not her future husband's last name. The certificate will be e-mailed to the couple again, using the woman's e-mail address. 

Transfers and Cancellations: Once registered, if you need to transfer to another virtual retreat date this year, there will be no fee to transfer from one Called to Love retreat date to another in 2022. If you have to cancel your registration completely, there will be a $25 administrative fee that will be deducted from your refund. In either case, we do ask that you let us know as soon as you can.
