January 20-21, 2024 "Called to Love" IN PERSON retreat

The January 20-21 "In Person retreat" will be held in The Westerfield Center at the
Catholic Diocese of Baton Rouge, 1800 S. Acadian Thruway, 70808.

The retreat schedule will be as follows:  Saturday - 9 am-4:30pm. There will be a lunch break on Saturday from Noon to 1:30 pm. You can use that time to seek lunch on your own. A list of local eateries will be provided at the retreat. Sunday - 9am to Noon and includes Mass.

Online Registration/Paying with Credit Card: Please complete the registration form below if you are paying by Credit Card. Once you've completed the form and paid the fee, your registration is complete and you will receive a confirmation e-mail which will be sent to the woman's email address. 

COST: $100 per couple.

If Paying with a Check: If you were planning to pay with a check, please go to our website at https://diobr.org/programs-for-engaged-couples for a downloadable instructions sheet and a "mail-in" form. Complete and return the form along with a check for $100 payable to the Diocese of Baton Rouge. The mailing address is listed in the instructions. Once your payment has been received, we will email a confirmation from our office, to the woman's email address.

Certificate of Completion: After you and your fiance'/fiancee' have completed the retreat, the names you enter today into your registration form will be used to create your certificate. When entering the woman's last name, the woman's 'maiden last name' is to be entered. After the retreat, a certificate will be e-mailed to the couple using the woman's e-mail address. 

Transfers & Cancellations: Once registered, if you need to transfer to another retreat date, there will be no fee to transfer from one Called to Love retreat date to another. If you have to cancel your registration completely, there will be a $25 administrative fee that will be deducted from your refund. In either case, we do ask that you let us know as soon as you can.

Important:  Please review your Registration form carefully before submitting, Check that you are registering for the right weekend, that your names are spelled correctly and that your 'complete' physical addresses (don't forget apartment #s if applicable) & e-mail addresses as well as telephone numbers are all correct! If any of your information changes later, notify our office as soon as possible!!
